The collection consists of records relating to School District No. 43 and schools in Coquitlam. The records include formal class portraits, staff portraits, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, school publications and newspapers, school annuals, and an assortment of crests.

The file consists of historical photographs of Coquitlam (and one of Port Coquitlam) that were shot as large format halftone negatives that were prepared for publication, though it is unknown for what purpose.
Coquitlam Survey (Maillardville)
The file consists of a variety of photographic material that was likely used in the preparation of a publication, though the specific publication is unknown. Some of the prints are taken from the large format negatives in File 1 of this collection. Predominantly, the negatives depict houses in the Coquitlam area, but there are also some negatives and prints of historical photographs of early Coquitlam.
The fonds consists of b&w negatives and contact sheets of photographs taken by the Herald Newspaper in the early 1980s and copies of The Coquitlam Herald newspaper covering the period from 1930 to 1938, 1942 to 1949 and 1956 to 1957. The fonds also contains Special Supplements from 1979 to 1981.

The photographs depict the mill site as well as social gatherings of Fraser Mills employees (dinners and golf tournaments). The collection also includes two advertising posters produced by the Canadian Western Lumber Company Limited and Crown Zellerbach. Finally, the collection includes a Crown Zellerbach patch/label and 6 sets of construction plans for wooden boats that would have been produced using wood sourced from Fraser Mills.
The fonds consists photographs of a visit from a sister city delegation of the Tochigi Prefecture in Japan that took place in August, 1996. The fonds also consists of a video of Don Buchanan talking about the plan for Coquitlam's City Centre in 1990.

The map depicts the Westminster Bridge but does not have the Patullo Bridge, putting it somewhere between 1904 (when the Westminster Bridge was constructed) and 1937 (when the Patullo Bridge was constructed).
Miss Coquitlam Pageant collection
The collection consists of colour photographs and negatives of the Miss Coquitlam Pageant and related events from 1986 to 1988. The photographs feature the donor, Deborah Smyth, who was Miss Congeniality in 1986. The collection also includes some news clippings and a VHS tape containing a recording of the 1986 Miss Coquitlam Pageant.

The Riverview Hospital Historical Society collection consists of the records collected and maintained by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society (RHHS). Through their museum and library, the RHHS acquired and stewarded records documenting the history of Riverview Hospital, the British Columbia School of Psychiatric Nursing, and the history of psychiatric care in British Columbia.
