The collection consists of photographs collected by the City of Coquitlam Archives that are not part of a specific fonds or collection.

The fonds consists of approx. 100,000 photographs (b&w and colour negatives) and contact sheets taken by photographer Paul VanPeenen between August 1991 and December 2001 for the Coquitlam NOW.

The fonds consists of photographs (b&w and colour negatives) taken by staff and contract photographers of the Tri-City News, and the Sunday News. The fonds also includes 133 bound volumes of copies of the Tri-City News from 1990 to 2018, as well as 6 microfilm reels containing copies of the Tri-City News, the Maple Ridge News, and the Sunday News from 1985 to 1986. Finally, the fonds includes several loose special editions in print form.

The series consists of copies of the Tri-City News from 1990 to 2022 printed and bound in large volumes, arranged by month and year. The series also includes microfilmed copies of the Tri-City News from 1985 and 1986. The Archives does not have copies of the September 1996 issues.

The fonds consists of materials related to Coquitlam Search and Rescue, as well as search and rescue materials from other organizations.

The fonds consists of records made or received in the course of conducting the operational business of the City of Coquitlam and its various departments as well its predecessor bodies the District of Coquitlam and the Corporation of the District of Coquitlam.

The series includes financial statements prepared by a number of different chartered accountants on behalf of the District of Coquitlam for the years 1971-1991. Starting in 1981, the reports were called Annual Reports but continued to reflect the same information. The reports include a municipal directory, the Municipal Treasurer's Report, the Auditor's Report, and financial statements.

The collection consists of records pertaining to the Coquitlam Satellites Women's Hockey Team from 1975 to 1982. The collection includes: two scrapbooks containing newsclippings, ribbons, and patches; programs for tournaments; programs and manuals from the BC Winter Games in 1981 and 1982; tournament medals; and commemorative pins.

The fonds consists of colour photographic prints and negatives depicting the stables, barns, houses, and roads around Minnekhada. They were taken in 1998 as part of a university project by the photographer/donor.

The fonds consists of the operational records of the Burquitlam Community Association, including minutes, agendas, correspondence, and documents related to programs, projects, and committees. The fonds also includes photographs of the Burquitlam neighbourhood and a Burquitlam Community Association meeting from 2004.

The collection consists of two original photographs of the Coquitlam Football Club from 1910-1912. The collection also includes one copy print of the first photograph (C19.001) with typed annotations and two b&w copy prints of the second image (C19.002). The photographs include the names of the players as well as the names of the various trophies that appear in the photographs.

The Hoy-Scott Watershed Society fonds consists of the records created and received by the Hoy-Scott Watershed Society and reflects its hatchery operations, salmonid enhancement and environmental stewardship programs, events, and environmental advocacy initiatives in the larger Coquitlam Watershed.

The fonds consists of administrative records, reports, correspondence, event planning files, newspaper clippings, newsletters, publications, plans, a scrapbook, promotional materials, and photographs documenting the activities of the Hoy-Scott Watershed Society and the operations of the Hoy Creek Hatchery in Coquitlam.

The series consists of a scrapbook prepared by a member of the Coquitlam Figure Skating Club to organize photographs of members that were left unclaimed. The scrapbook was initially put together during the 1968-69 season but covers the years 1963 to 1980.

The item consists of a map of the north-east of the District of Coquitlam.

The item consists of a topographical map of Coquitlam produced as part of the British Columbia National Topographic Series.

The collection consists of three panoramic photographs. One photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Fatima (Notre Dame de Fatima) gathered around the travelling statue of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) in 1950. The second photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Fatima posed in front of the Church after its construction in 1959. This photograph is assumed to have been taken either in the year of construction or sometime in the early 1960s. The third photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Lourdes (Notre Dame de Lourdes) gathered in front of the church with the statue of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) on December 17th, 1950.

The fonds consists of operational records generated by the Four Acres Trailer Court including a business card, signs, financial records and lists of tenants.

The item consists of one Urban Preliminary List of Electors for the Electoral District of Burnaby-Coquitlam, North Burnaby, Urban Polling Station No. 31 from 1957.

Item consists of a single newspaper article, "Ready, set, go on the Coquitlam Crunch", published by the Tri-City News upon the founding of the Coquitlam Crunch trail.

The collection consists of records collected by Fiona McQuarrie. The collection contains records related to the Gender Equity Committee as well as the merger of the Village Credit Union with Vancouver City Savings.

The series includes financial statements prepared by a number of different chartered accountants on behalf of the Corporation of the District of Coquitlam for the years 1912 to 1970. Earlier documents include boiler plate information about elected officials and department heads while later documents provide statistics and other information about the municipality as well as a selection of photographs in a few cases.

The item consists of one List of Voters 1956-1957 produced by the Corporation of the District of Coquitlam.

The series consists of property records relating to Fraser Mills including land sales, Jack Cewe Park, rental memos, and survey plans.

The fonds consists of minutes, society filings, newsletters, lists of annual Directors, correspondence, and capital grant requests.

The series consists of the Annual Reports, Statements of Financial Information, and Consolidated Financial Statements for 1992 to 2018. The Annual Reports vary slightly throughout the years but generally include a civic directory, a message from the Mayor, a Treasurer's report, an Auditor's report, maps, photographs, an organization chart, and financial statements. For the years 1994 to 2002, and 2008-2009 the series includes the Annual Report and a separate Statement of Financial Information. For the years 2010-2013 the series includes Consolidated Financial Statements.
