The fonds consists of colour photographic prints and negatives depicting the stables, barns, houses, and roads around Minnekhada. They were taken in 1998 as part of a university project by the photographer/donor.

The fonds consists of two scrapbooks and one wooden name plate. The scrapbooks were put together by Dr. Thomas G. Caunt, who worked at Crease Clinic and the Provincial Mental Hospital, Essondale, starting in 1935. He created the scrapbooks for his son and daughter as a record of his employment.

The scrapbooks detail significant moments of Caunt's medical career and personal life during 1934–1968, as well as various events at Essondale Hospital, including the installation of the BC Tel telephone exchange. A significant portion of the scrapbook documents the trips Caunt took in 1949-1950 to move geriatric patients to the new Homes for the Aged in Vernon (Dellview) and Terrace (Skeenaview).

The fonds consists of the operational records of the Eagle Ridge Residents' Association from its foundation in 1981 until 2003.

The fonds consists of research materials created and accumulated by Edmund and Garry May Colchester in the 1970s. The material was created and accumulated in the preparation of a final report entitled "Contrasting Philosophies in Workers' Housing in Two Mill Villages: Fraser Mills Townsite and Maillardville - A Brief History”. The fonds also contains several versions of the final reports, as well as other academic writing.

The fonds consists of two colour positive slides depicting the former townsite at Fraser Mills in 1976. The photographs were taken on the south side of the railway tracks by George Bergson. The fonds also includes a number of photographic slides showing various interior and exterior shots of Fraser Mills buildings taken in 1986 as well as a photograph showing the mill taken in 1996 from New Westminster looking down the Fraser River.

The collection consists of photographs collected by the donor, Glen Spence. The images depict the construction of the animal shelter in Coquitlam (2002-2003), as well as aerial shots of various parts of Coquitlam, including Riverview, Austin Avenue, Brunette Highway and the Port Mann Bridge.

The fonds also contains Special Supplements from 1979 to 1981. The microfilm covers the period from 1935-1984.

The collection includes materials related to motor sports and the Westwood Racing Circuit (programs, posters, magazines), as well as municipal election pamphlets, and one audio cassette containing different versions of Coquitlam's Centennial Song, "Coquitlam, My Town."

The Hoy-Scott Watershed Society fonds consists of the records created and received by the Hoy-Scott Watershed Society and reflects its hatchery operations, salmonid enhancement and environmental stewardship programs, events, and environmental advocacy initiatives in the larger Coquitlam Watershed.

The fonds consists of records related to the professional and personal life of Ken McLaren and his family. McLaren worked as a Planner for the City of Coquitlam for many years. The fonds also contains photographs that depict the work of his father, Robert, who worked as a groom at Minnekahda Lodge.

Collection consists of the material related to the instillation of the stone sculptures at Blue Mountain Park (photos taken by Linda's her late husband Robert) and Alfred Lafrance's insurance book.

The earlier photographs depict the Mud Runs that took place in 1959, prior to the track being paved. The photographs mainly feature Geoffrey Hortin as driver, however, one photograph shows Margaret Hortin leading the pack in a 'Powder Puff' race on September 11th, 1960.

The fonds consists of textual material relating to Margaret Krenbrink's involvement in several organizations and associations in Coquitlam including the Ranch Park Ratepayers Association and the Coquitlam Teacher's Association. The fonds also includes some personal advocacy correspondence.

The collection consists of portraits taken of the May Queens and attendants from 1940 to 1962, as well as the Roll Book which provides the name of each girl in the photographs, including the list of names for the 1971 May Day celebrations for the British Columbia centennial.
