This subseries consists of scholarly communications of Riverview Hospital staff as well as materials collected for the purposes of reference and future research. It was originally a division in the museum library collection.

Records include articles reprinted from medical and psychiatric journals, proceedings from symposia and conferences, and other scholarly publications used for reference.

This subseries consists of nursing annuals (yearbooks) given to nursing students at their graduation. The annuals include lists of graduating students and their photographs, as well as other information about the school year. Additionally, the subseries includes two reunion books for the graduating classes of 1957 and 1958.

The series consists of seven class portraits from 1960 to 1966 and two from the 1920s, as well as four additional photographs including a portrait of Joseph William Harris and his family ca. 1912 ; two photographs depicting two separate properties in Coquitlam; and a photograph of the Coquitlam float in the 1945 May Day Parade in New Westminster.

The series consists of records pertaining to the Burquitlam Lions Club's (BLC) administrative and membership activities. It contains material relating to the history and objectives of the BLC, including its constitution and policies, as well as the day-to-day operations of the club. Additionally, it contains membership records, a core aspect of BLC administration.

The series is divided into several subseries: membership records; agendas and minutes of meetings; constitution, policies and procedures; correspondence.

The series consists primarily of textual material. Record types represented in the series include the following: membership reports (MMRs, lists, and schedules), information about individual members, agendas, reports, and meeting minutes, motion books, constitutions, procedures, policies, agreements, ephemera, internal correspondence, and correspondence with other organizations.

The series consists of newsletters and bulletins created by the Burquitlam Lions Club, as well as newsletters and publications issued by Lions Club International and District 19 Governors from 1998 to 2011.

This subseries consists of photographs depicting graduation ceremonies and class photographs of the School of Psychiatric Nursing. It also includes photographs of the Nurses' Residences and nursing buildings, and some of the departmental photographs of nurses.

The subseries consists of formal class portraits and staff portraits; photographs of student activities; certificates documenting the awards, appreciation and commendation of the school and the success of its programs; and some photographic slides and textual records about the school's potential closure in 1987.

The fonds consists of records pertaining to the development and administration of the Como Lake Preschool from its inception in 1952 through to its dissolution in 2011. The fonds consists of committee meeting minutes, administrative records, newsletters, procedural handbooks, photographs, promotional materials, and a leather-bound history of the preschool. The subseries consists of minutes from the Como Lake Preschool General meetings.

The subseries consists of records compiled in President's binders and portfolios. Records include by are not limited to job descriptions, agendas, meeting minutes, newsletters, consitution and by-laws, teacher's contracts, budgets, licensing, etc.

The series consists of a certificate granted to Wilfred Harris in 1926 certifying his completion of McLean Method of Writing and two completed building permit applications prepared for the District of Coquitlam and signed by Wilfred Harris

This series consists of assorted materials collected for reference purposes by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society and originally acted as a reference library when the Society ran its museum. It contains publications, clipped articles, studies, DVDs, transcripts, and pamphlets. In addition to its reference collection, the series contains a subseries of the scholarly communications and theses arising from research undertaken at Riverview Hospital. Many publications are originals; however this series also consists of copies of articles.

This subseries contains miscellaneous reference materials that were not related to scholarly communications or public relations materials. It was originally a division in the museum library collection. Record types include guides, assorted journal articles and reports, newspaper articles, and best practices.

The file contains letters, certificates of commendation and appreciation, and awards that the Burquitlam Elementary School was awarded for athletics, mentorship programs, community building initiatives, and a plaque commemorating its 25th Anniversary.

The file contains photographs depicting students from Division 6 taking part in the Buddy program, teaching younger students how to use the computer.

This subseries consists of several pamplets and posters advertising the preschool, as well as a songbook, and a pamphlet for childhood literacy.

This subseries consists of financial records including budgets, receipts, expenses, bills, purchasing records, cheque stubs, and reports.
