The fonds consists of photographs (prints and negatives), as well as textual material produced or accumulated by Craig Hodge as part of his various functions. Series 01 includes photographs and textual material accumulated as part of his duties on the Pioneer Tales Book Committee, which produced "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" in 1991. Series 02 includes photographs taken by Hodge during the opening ceremonies of the BC Summer Games in 1991. Series 03 includes photographs taken by Hodge in his capacity as staff photographer for the Columbian Newspaper in the 1970s and 1980s.

The item consists of a panoramic photograph of the congregation from Our Lady of Lourdes (Notre Dame de Lourdes) gathered around the statue of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) on December 17, 1950.
The collection consists of seven class portraits from 1960 to 1966 and two from the 1920s, as well as four additional photographs including a portrait of Joseph William Harris and his family ca. 1912 ; two photographs depicting two separate properties in Coquitlam, and a photograph of the Coquitlam float in the 1945 May Day Parade in New Westminster. The collection also consists of a certificate granted to Wilfred Harris for the McLean Method and two completed building permit applications from Wilfred Harris to the District of Coquitlam.
