The file consists of a photo album primarily containing colour prints and mounted slides showing the grounds of səmiq̓ʷəʔelə / Riverview Lands and Society members at events. Also included in the album are a postcard of the Essondale Nurses' Home and a photograph of John Davidson at Black Tusk Meadows, ca. 1940, both of which were loose.

The photo album originally contained multiple photos within individual photo sleeve pockets and consisted of 14 photo sleeves. To promote both access and preservation, the arranging archivist included additional sleeves to display photos not visible in the pockets. Some photographs and mounted slides included were loose and unassociated with any files at the time of donation to the Archives, and are housed in this photo album, starting on page 14. Some loose mounted sides included labels or dates that reasonably connected them, and they have been displayed in sleeves based on this intuited order.
