The series documents the activities that Cunnings was involved with and led during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department and the development of the Department over time.

The collection also includes material related to and created by other members of the Seller family, as well as material related the Hol’n’ One Donut House chain, which was owned by Shyla’s grandparents Bill and Nina Seller.

The subseries consists of newspaper clippings related to R.C. MacDonald's early wrestling pursuits, his lengthy political career, and his involvement with the Highland Games later in life.

The personal records consist of a letter of appointment as well as a selection of documentaries used by Cunnings as reference. His professional records contain photographs, ephemera, and correspondence generated in the course of Cunnings' positions as a gymnastics teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes, the Division Head of Essondale's Crease Clinic Recreation Therapy Department, and as a founding member of Coquitlam Search and Rescue (SAR).

This series consists of records that were original personal fonds and collections acquired and preserved by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society's during its existence. It contains the personal collections of nurses, doctors, general staff, British Columbia's first Provincial Botanist, and a patient at Riverview Hospital. Each file includes records such as study notes, photographs, ephemera, correspondence, newspaper clippings and pamphlets.

The series documents various educational art programs and workshops (art classes, Artflow, Art Spa, etc.) and advocacy initiatives ArtsConnect organized in the Tri-Cities. Additionally, it includes records of their scholarship and granting program and their awards program, supporting artists, businesses, and art workers in the area. The series also contains records related to ArtsConnect's youth-centred initiatives, promotions, and its 2010 Olympic Spirit Team Program. Records include program development documentation, teacher contracts, workshop evaluations, planning documents, promotional materials, correspondence, certificates, and other material.

The file consists of a newspaper clipping of five Coquitlam schools that is in a framing mat with the date 1945. The clippings describe the date of construction for each school.
