The series consists of records pertaining to the Burquitlam Lions Club's (BLC) administrative and membership activities. It contains material relating to the history and objectives of the BLC, including its constitution and policies, as well as the day-to-day operations of the club. Additionally, it contains membership records, a core aspect of BLC administration.
The series is divided into several subseries: membership records; agendas and minutes of meetings; constitution, policies and procedures; correspondence.
The series consists primarily of textual material. Record types represented in the series include the following: membership reports (MMRs, lists, and schedules), information about individual members, agendas, reports, and meeting minutes, motion books, constitutions, procedures, policies, agreements, ephemera, internal correspondence, and correspondence with other organizations.
Sem títuloThe series consists of newsletters and bulletins created by the Burquitlam Lions Club, as well as newsletters and publications issued by Lions Club International and District 19 Governors from 1998 to 2011.
Sem títuloThis subseries consists of photographs depicting graduation ceremonies and class photographs of the School of Psychiatric Nursing. It also includes photographs of the Nurses' Residences and nursing buildings, and some of the departmental photographs of nurses.
The subseries consists of formal class portraits and staff portraits; photographs of student activities; certificates documenting the awards, appreciation and commendation of the school and the success of its programs; and some photographic slides and textual records about the school's potential closure in 1987.
Sem títuloThe file contains the contents of a time capsule that was created in 1995 to commemorate Burquitlam Elementary School's 25th Anniversary, and was intended to be opened at the school's 50th anniversary in 2020. However, Burquitlam Elementary School closed in 2003, and the box was never opened.
The file consists of 25th anniversary ephemera, but is largely composed of textual records written by the students in Divisions 2, 4, 5, and 6, recounting their favourite academic and personal moments of 1995. Photographs in the file also depict students learning and playing outdoors, as well as class Halloween photographs.
Sem títuloThe fonds consists of records pertaining to the development and administration of the Como Lake Preschool from its inception in 1952 through to its dissolution in 2011. The fonds consists of committee meeting minutes, administrative records, newsletters, procedural handbooks, photographs, promotional materials, and a leather-bound history of the preschool. The subseries consists of minutes from the Como Lake Preschool General meetings.

The series consists of minute books, notebooks, and correspondence relating to the Parent Teacher Association Council for School District No. 43.
The Riverview Hospital Historical Society collection consists of the records collected and maintained by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society (RHHS). Through their museum and library, the RHHS acquired and stewarded records documenting the history of Riverview Hospital, the British Columbia School of Psychiatric Nursing, and the history of psychiatric care in British Columbia.
The collection consists of a range of documentary forms, including: reports, theses, newspaper clippings, newsletters, publications, correspondence, manuals, plans and drawings, directories, inventories, procedures, programmes, annuals, invitations, motion pictures, personal narratives, staff lists, minutes, study notes, scrapbooks, ephemera, and photographs depicting aspects of social and administrative life at the hospital and school.
The collection is arranged into ten series that reflect original collections maintained by the RHHS, and are organized by media type or content. See the Arrangement note below for more information.

The item consists of a panoramic photograph of the school children and nuns of Our Lady of Lourdes school, taken on the grounds of the church.
Sem títuloThis series consists of assorted materials collected for reference purposes by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society and originally acted as a reference library when the Society ran its museum. It contains publications, clipped articles, studies, DVDs, transcripts, and pamphlets. In addition to its reference collection, the series contains a subseries of the scholarly communications and theses arising from research undertaken at Riverview Hospital. Many publications are originals; however this series also consists of copies of articles.
