          The file consists of a selection of documentaries (on one DVD) on the subject of stone carver, Patrick Sullivan who hosted a stone carving symposium with other carvers in Coquitlam's Blue Mountain Park from 1985-1987. The series also consists of another documentary about the 1980 Lahr International Stone Sculpture Symposium that features footage of the stone sculptures in Blue Mountain Park. The series also consists of a one-page biography of Sullivan.

          The series consists of records produced and accumulated by ArtsConnect in the course of planning, organizing, and mounting arts and culture exhibitions and events. ArtsConnect organized many exhibitions covering a wide range of media: painting, sculpture, photography, performing arts, decorative arts, and video art. Annual exhibitions featured in the series include Works in 3D, Faces of the World Arts and Culture Festival, Vernissage, and Innovations. The series also includes the media coverage of events and exhibitions.

          The resulting records are largely textual in form and include correspondence with artists and exhibitors, press releases, art and artist lists, exhibition proposals, application forms, internal memos and scheduling documents, installation records, artist CVs, contracts, didactics, artists' statements, promotional materials, invitations, condition reports, loan agreement forms, and newspaper clippings. Some audio and visual material, including photographs, installation plans, cassette tapes, and magnetic tapes, are also present.

          The series documents the activities that Cunnings was involved with and led during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department and the development of the Department over time.

          The series is arranged into files according to subject, and consists of textual records, photographs, ephemera, and newspaper clippings detailing sports, recreational programs and classes, parks and facility development, and events and initiatives undertaken by the Department, such as BC Summer Games, and Coquitlam Centennial celebrations.

They also supported hearing aid and eyeglass initiatives, Easter Seals camps, and notably funded two care centres: the Burquitlam Lions Intermediate Care Centre (1981-2016) and L.J. Christmas Manor Seniors Home.

The song dedication message reads, "This song is dedicated to the Coquitlam Centennial Committee and volunteers, the Mayor and Members of Council, the Hillcrest Elementary School Choir, to all Coquitlam residents and to my family and friends."

          The series consists of records created and accumulated by Cunnings and reflect his personal and professional interests. These records were accumulated by Cunnings for the purposes of reference and posterity rather than documenting the activities of the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department during his tenure.

          The personal records consist of a letter of appointment as well as a selection of documentaries used by Cunnings as reference. His professional records contain photographs, ephemera, and correspondence generated in the course of Cunnings' positions as a gymnastics teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes, the Division Head of Essondale's Crease Clinic Recreation Therapy Department, and as a founding member of Coquitlam Search and Rescue (SAR).
