The subseries consists of formal class portraits and staff portraits; photographs of student activities; certificates documenting the awards, appreciation and commendation of the school and the success of its programs; and some photographic slides and textual records about the school's potential closure in 1987.

The collection consists of records pertaining to the Coquitlam Satellites Women's Hockey Team from 1975 to 1982. The collection includes: two scrapbooks containing newsclippings, ribbons, and patches; programs for tournaments; programs and manuals from the BC Winter Games in 1981 and 1982; tournament medals; and commemorative pins.

The series consists of a scrapbook prepared by a member of the Coquitlam Figure Skating Club to organize photographs of members that were left unclaimed. The scrapbook was initially put together during the 1968-69 season but covers the years 1963 to 1980.

The collection consists of two original photographs of the Coquitlam Football Club from 1910-1912. The collection also includes one copy print of the first photograph (C19.001) with typed annotations and two b&w copy prints of the second image (C19.002). The photographs include the names of the players as well as the names of the various trophies that appear in the photographs.

The file consists of teams photographs of minor league hockey teams.

Item consists of a single newspaper article, "Ready, set, go on the Coquitlam Crunch", published by the Tri-City News upon the founding of the Coquitlam Crunch trail.

The collection includes two City of Coquitlam Gender Equity reports from 1999 and 2000; a paper regarding Gender Equity policy from 2001 written by Fiona A.E. McQuarrie entitled "What Makes an Equity Program Successful?: Lessons from an Example in Sport" which was presented at the 2001 Administrative Sciences Association of Canada at the University of Western Ontario; and the text for a presentation entitled "The City of Coquitlam Gender Equity Program" given by Fiona A.E. McQuarrie to the National Conference on Women, Sport, and Physical Activity in Hamilton Ontario in 2000.

The file documents aquatic events and activities undertaken by the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department, as well as the development of aquatic centres across Coquitlam, including Blue Mountain Pool, Chimo Pool, Glen Park Pool, and Mundy Park Pool. Records include correspondence, newspaper clippings, architectural drawings of pools, and an organizational chart of pool staff.

The file consists of newspaper clippings describing activities undertaken by the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department in Coquitlam parks, playgrounds, and sports fields. The photographs depict several parks, including Mundy Park, Como Lake, Mountain View Park, Coquitlam River Park, Blue Mountain Park, and Riverview Park.

The file documents the various recreation and cultural centres in Coquitlam as well as their development through time. The records include information about Dogwood Pavilion, Chimo Pool, the Coquitlam Sports Centre, and the Social Recreation Centre. Records include programs and newspaper articles.

The fonds consists of records created and accumulated by Don Cunnings, documenting his involvement in sport and recreation in Coquitlam. The archivist arranged the fonds into three series. One series documents the activities of Cunnings during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department. The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity. The third series consists of photographs and other media.

The records include photographs, newspaper clippings, newsletters, correspondence, recorded documentaries, three scrapbooks, and assorted textual records and ephemera.

The file contains letters, certificates of commendation and appreciation, and awards that the Burquitlam Elementary School was awarded for athletics, mentorship programs, community building initiatives, and a plaque commemorating its 25th Anniversary.

The series consists of Columbian Newspaper clippings, B&W photographs, press releases, and other assorted records arranged by subject. The files were created by Columbian staff members for reference purposes.
