The collection consists of pen and ink prints, mock-ups, rough concept drawings, cards, transparencies of final prints, and other works created by Barb Wood for the City of Coquitlam during the 2000s. The works she created were used as promotional items for the City.

The fonds consists of the operational records of the Coquitlam Teacher Librarians' Association from 1964 to 2017. The records include the constitution, meeting minutes, grant and funding information, award information, statistics, contacts lists, and records relating to annual conferences.

The fonds consists of photographs (prints and negatives), as well as textual material produced or accumulated by Craig Hodge as part of his various functions. Series 01 includes photographs and textual material accumulated as part of his duties on the Pioneer Tales Book Committee, which produced "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" in 1991. Series 02 includes photographs taken by Hodge during the opening ceremonies of the BC Summer Games in 1991. Series 03 includes photographs taken by Hodge in his capacity as staff photographer for the Columbian Newspaper in the 1970s and 1980s.

The collection consists of seven class portraits from 1960 to 1966 and two from the 1920s, as well as four additional photographs including a portrait of Joseph William Harris and his family ca. 1912 ; two photographs depicting two separate properties in Coquitlam, and a photograph of the Coquitlam float in the 1945 May Day Parade in New Westminster. The collection also consists of a certificate granted to Wilfred Harris for the McLean Method and two completed building permit applications from Wilfred Harris to the District of Coquitlam.

MacDonald's political career as Reeve of the Corporation of the District of Coquitlam (1924-1941), as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Dewdney riding (1941-1952), and as Minister of Mines (1946-1949) and Minister of Municipal Affairs (1949-1952). The records include speeches, newspaper clippings, election materials, and two large scrapbooks that were prepared by staff in his constituency office. The scrapbooks include newspaper clippings, photographs, invitations, programs, pamphlets, and other assorted records.

The collection consists of records gathered by Walter Bruce MacDonald as research materials and content for a biography of Roderick Charles (R.C.) MacDonald. Records include collected photographs of R.C. MacDonald and his family as well as newspaper clippings, photographs, pamphlets, programs, scrapbooks, reports, speeches, certificates, drawings, correspondence, and copies of the book and digital manuscripts for Walter Bruce MacDonald's biography of R.C. MacDonald entitled, "Catch-as-catch-can."

The series consists of prints and mock-ups created for the City of Burnaby, the City of Richmond, the City of Surrey, the City of Vancouver, and other corporate clients. The series also includes a folder depicting Vancouver that was used by the artist as a promotional tool, as well as the artist's business card.
