The fonds consists of records created and acquired by the Northeast Coquitlam Ratepayers Association in the course of its lobbying activities. It includes the Association’s constitution and bylaws, minutes, incoming and outgoing correspondence, financial reports, membership lists, aggregated newspaper clippings, and annotated records of other bodies (especially the City of Coquitlam).
The fonds consists of minute books, a ledger book, loose minutes, correspondence, an insurance policy, financial statements 1932-1951, Annual Reports 1933-1950, loose meeting minutes 1953, and an empty membership book.
The fonds consists of colour photographic prints and negatives depicting the stables, barns, houses, and roads around Minnekhada. They were taken in 1998 as part of a university project by the photographer/donor.

The collection consists of approx. 640 photographic prints used for the "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" publication produced by the District of Coquitlam in 1991. The collection also includes the transcripts of interviews used in the publication as well as the administrative files of the Pioneer Tales of Coquitlam Committee and various publications and pamphlets used for contextual information for the book.
The fonds consists of Columbian Newspaper clippings, B&W photographs, press releases, and other assorted records arranged by subject and by person. The files were created by Columbian staff members for reference purposes.
