The file consists of a collection of photographs showing the working mill as well as the townsite of Fraser Mills. The binder also includes several copies of photographs of members of the Booth Family and the Booth Farm.
The file consists of photographs from the 1940s and 1950s of Maillardville and Fraser Mills, as well as assorted colour photographs of Fraser Mills, and assorted B&W photographs of lumber mills around BC and Washington State, including: Sooke Forest Products, Ladysmith Forest Products, Weldwood Empire Lumber - Squamish, Carrier Lumber - Mackenzie, B.C. Forest Products - Mackenzie, West Fraser Lumber - Quesnel, Northwood Lumber - Prince George, Weyerhauser - Cottage Grove, Simpson Timber - Shelton Washington, Weyerhauser - Everett Washington, and Doman - Cowichan Bay)
The file also includes colour photographs of houses in Maillardville taken by Antonio Paré as part of the preparation of his book, "My Mémoirs of le Vieux Maillardville." Most colour photographs seem to have been taken in 1992.

The file consists of photographs showing the demolition and construction progress of Crown Zellerbach's coast lumber project. The company assigned the Coquitlam Photo Studio to provide construction progress photographs as directed by the Crown Zellerbach representative. The file also includes the purchase orders for the photographs.
