The subseries consists of formal class portraits and staff portraits; photographs of student activities; certificates documenting the awards, appreciation and commendation of the school and the success of its programs; and some photographic slides and textual records about the school's potential closure in 1987.

The series consists of records produced and accumulated by ArtsConnect in the course of planning, organizing, and mounting arts and culture exhibitions and events. ArtsConnect organized many exhibitions covering a wide range of media: painting, sculpture, photography, performing arts, decorative arts, and video art. Annual exhibitions featured in the series include Works in 3D, Faces of the World Arts and Culture Festival, Vernissage, and Innovations. The series also includes the media coverage of events and exhibitions.

The resulting records are largely textual in form and include correspondence with artists and exhibitors, press releases, art and artist lists, exhibition proposals, application forms, internal memos and scheduling documents, installation records, artist CVs, contracts, didactics, artists' statements, promotional materials, invitations, condition reports, loan agreement forms, and newspaper clippings. The file consists of a selection of documentaries (on one DVD) on the subject of stone carver, Patrick Sullivan who hosted a stone carving symposium with other carvers in Coquitlam's Blue Mountain Park from 1985-1987. The series also consists of another documentary about the 1980 Lahr International Stone Sculpture Symposium that features footage of the stone sculptures in Blue Mountain Park. The series also consists of a one-page biography of Sullivan.

The series consists primarily of photocopied materials accumulated by Boire relating to the history of Maillardville as well as the research notes he created during the process of writing and publishing his book, "With Hearts and Minds."

The series contains records related to events held and specific programs supported by the Burquitlam Lions Club from 1969 to 2018. The Burquitlam Lions Club organized annual Christmas hampers, Easter Egg hunts, and meat draws. They also supported hearing aid and eyeglass initiatives, Easter Seals camps, and notably funded two care centres: the Burquitlam Lions Intermediate Care Centre (1981-2016) and L.J. Christmas Manor Seniors Home.

Record types include event planning materials and timelines, correspondence, guestbooks, newspaper clippings, as well as activity reports, photographs, and scrapbooks.

The series consists of one audio cassette containing different versions of Coquitlam's Centennial Song as well as assorted compositions.

The series documents the activities that Cunnings was involved with and led during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department and the development of the Department over time.

Records include minutes, agendas, reports, correspondence and supplementary documentation related to arts initiatives, tourism programs, and notably the establishment of a performing arts centre in the Tri-Cities and a "cultural tourism" program.

The file consists of newspaper clippings of the centennial committee.

The item consists of a piece of sheet music composed in honour of Coquitlam's centennial in 1991. The song was composed by Del Gachallan and is entitled, "Coquitlam, My Town." The song dedication message reads, "This song is dedicated to the Coquitlam Centennial Committee and volunteers, the Mayor and Members of Council, the Hillcrest Elementary School Choir, to all Coquitlam residents and to my family and friends."

The collection consists of pen and ink prints, mock-ups, rough concept drawings, cards, transparencies of final prints, and other works created by Barb Wood for the City of Coquitlam during the 2000s. The works she created were used as promotional items for the City.

This series consists of records related to the Coquitlam District Music Festival.

The series consists of records created and accumulated by Cunnings and reflect his personal and professional interests. These records were accumulated by Cunnings for the purposes of reference and posterity rather than documenting the activities of the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department during his tenure.

The personal records consist of a letter of appointment as well as a selection of documentaries used by Cunnings as reference. His professional records contain photographs, ephemera, and correspondence generated in the course of Cunnings' positions as a gymnastics teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes, the Division Head of Essondale's Crease Clinic Recreation Therapy Department, and as a founding member of Coquitlam Search and Rescue (SAR).

The file consists of fourteen albums of photographs compiled by Burquitlam Elementary school, largely depicting student class photographs, but also depicts school events including holiday concerts, Halloween events, athletic events, and community events. The file also contains student register lists that correspond to students in the class photographs.
