The collection consists of approx. 640 photographic prints used for the "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" publication produced by the District of Coquitlam in 1991. The collection also includes the transcripts of interviews used in the publication as well as the administrative files of the Pioneer Tales of Coquitlam Committee and various publications and pamphlets used for contextual information for the book.

The collection consists of records pertaining to the Coquitlam Satellites Women's Hockey Team from 1975 to 1982. The collection includes: two scrapbooks containing newsclippings, ribbons, and patches; programs for tournaments; programs and manuals from the BC Winter Games in 1981 and 1982; tournament medals; and commemorative pins.
The fonds consists of Board of Directors annual reports from 1998 to 2006 (note that 2002 is missing) as well as one scrapbook containing photographs, programs, and news clippings related to club members taken and collected between 1963 and 1980.

The series consists of council minutes from the first Council meeting of the Corporation of the District of Fraser Mills, held on April 21st, 1913, through to the final Council meeting held on October 18th, 1971. It was noted that the next Council meeting would take place on October 21st, 1971, but there are no minutes of this meeting. The Corporation of the District of Fraser Mills officially amalgamated with the District of Coquitlam on November 1st, 1971.

The fonds consists of photographs (prints and negatives), as well as textual material produced or accumulated by Craig Hodge as part of his various functions. Series 01 includes photographs and textual material accumulated as part of his duties on the Pioneer Tales Book Committee, which produced "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" in 1991. Series 02 includes photographs taken by Hodge during the opening ceremonies of the BC Summer Games in 1991. Series 03 includes photographs taken by Hodge in his capacity as staff photographer for the Columbian Newspaper in the 1970s and 1980s.

The series consists of records relating to Russell Hellard's participation on the Crime Prevention Committee and later the Community Policing Committee. Hellard was Chairman of the Crime Prevention Committee from 1989-1991 and was Chairman of the Community Policy Committee from 1992-1994. A re-direction dictated from the RCMP in Ottawa changed Crime Watch to Community Policing Committees. Records include Annual Reports, committee meeting minutes, Chairman's reports, notes, and photographs. Records also pertain to the establishment, inauguration, and management of the Tri-City Community Crime Prevention Services Centre, and the activities of police officer Eric Chan, who founded the program.
