The collection consists of portraits taken of the May Queens and attendants from 1940 to 1962, as well as the Roll Book which provides the name of each girl in the photographs, including the list of names for the 1971 May Day celebrations for the British Columbia centennial.

The series consists of records created and accumulated by Cunnings and reflect his personal and professional interests. These records were accumulated by Cunnings for the purposes of reference and posterity rather than documenting the activities of the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department during his tenure.

The fonds consists of three police log books dated 1914, 1915-1917, and 1918-1919. The log books contain handwritten reports regarding thefts, accidents, murders, assaults, suicides, tramps, and dog incidents. They also contain correspondence and newspaper clippings.

The fonds consists of photographs (prints and negatives), as well as textual material produced or accumulated by Craig Hodge as part of his various functions. Series 01 includes photographs and textual material accumulated as part of his duties on the Pioneer Tales Book Committee, which produced "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" in 1991. The fonds consists of textual material relating to Margaret Krenbrink's involvement in several organizations and associations in Coquitlam including the Ranch Park Ratepayers Association and the Coquitlam Teacher's Association. The fonds also includes some personal advocacy correspondence.

The series consists of records relating to Margaret Krenbrink's activities as President of the Ranch Park Ratepayers Association. Of particular note is the collection of materials relating to a campaign to stop the relocation of the Lougheed Highway in 1973.

The series consists of records relating to School Board Trustee elections and public meetings. The series also includes some information about the "Keen Kids" program.

The fonds consists of records from the first graduation ceremony at Centennial School in 1967 as well as assorted certificates for academic achievement. The fonds also contains a photograph of the centennial totem pole as it was being painted in 1967.

The collection consists of seven class portraits from 1960 to 1966 and two from the 1920s, as well as four additional photographs including a portrait of Joseph William Harris and his family ca. 1912 ; two photographs depicting two separate properties in Coquitlam, and a photograph of the Coquitlam float in the 1945 May Day Parade in New Westminster. The collection also consists of a certificate granted to Wilfred Harris for the McLean Method and two completed building permit applications from Wilfred Harris to the District of Coquitlam.
