The fonds consists of a postcard depicting 13 soldiers in Burquitlam as well as 7 photographs of the Fraser Mills townsite taken in 1973 shortly before it was closed down by Crown Zellebach.

One series documents the activities of Cunnings during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department. The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity. The third series consists of photographs and other media.

The file consists of a selection of documentaries (on one DVD) on the subject of stone carver, Patrick Sullivan who hosted a stone carving symposium with other carvers in Coquitlam's Blue Mountain Park from 1985-1987. The series also consists of another documentary about the 1980 Lahr International Stone Sculpture Symposium that features footage of the stone sculptures in Blue Mountain Park. The series also consists of a one-page biography of Sullivan.

The fonds consists of records relating to Russell Hellard's volunteering initiatives in Coquitlam, including his participation in the Crime Prevention Committee, the Community Policing Committee, the Mundy Park Sub Committee, the Crime Prevention Society, the BC Summer Games, the Centennial Committee, Block Watch, Vandal Watch, Court Watch, among others. The fonds also includes personal and family records, including a collection of photographs from his service in Canada and Australia during the Second World War.

The fonds consists of correspondence, financial ledgers, manuals, personnel files, photograph prints, and slides relating to the Canadian Western Lumber Company Limited., its predecessor, subsidiary, and successor companies (e.g. Crown Zellerbach and International Forest Products).
