Custodial history
The scrapbook was donated by the Coquitlam Public Library after it was transferred from the Port Moody Heritage Society. It is unknown how and when the scrapbook was acquired by the Port Moody Heritage Society.
Scope and content
The item consists of a large pin-bound scrapbook with newspaper clippings, meeting notes, newsletters, programs, and magazine clippings, relating to the Parent Teacher Council for School District No. 43 in the early 1970s.

Physical condition
Because of the size of the scrapbook,the fragility of the newspaper clippings, and the fallibility of the adhesives, the scrapbook could easily be damaged with excessive handling.
