The file consists of photographs of various houses in Maillardville as well as a series of photographs from a large community gathering that included carnival games and dancing.

The series consists of administrative records including minutes relating to the Coquitlam Heritage Society as well as minutes, reports, and correspondence relating to the development and renovations of Mackin House and Heritage Square. The series also includes plans for the restoration of Mackin House from 1993.
