Earlier documents include boiler plate information about elected officials and department heads while later documents provide statistics and other information about the municipality as well as a selection of photographs in a few cases.

For the years 1994 to 2002, and 2008-2009 the series includes the Annual Report and a separate Statement of Financial Information. For the years 2010-2013 the series includes Consolidated Financial Statements.
