The series consists of administrative materials including a draft copy of the Riverview Horticultural Centre Society's constitution and bylaws, descriptions of Board members' positions and responsibilities, as well as correspondence and notes relating to the Riverview Stewardship Advisory Committee.

The series consists of assorted audio visual media related to Raymond Gareau's work at Fraser Mills as well as the history of Maillardville.

Canadian Western Lumber Notes

The file consists of notes made by John Stewart from the Columbian Newspapers archives which were held at the New Westminster Public Library. The notes concern the early days of Fraser Mills 1889-1912.

Constitution, Bylaws, and Organizational History

This file consists of two versions of the Constitution and Bylaws of the Riverview Horticultural Society, one from when the society was founded in1992 as well as a later version from ca. 2015. The presence of highlights and strikethroughs in the 2015 version suggests that this document was a draft revision to the original Constitution and Bylaws. The file also consists of a copy of the Society Act, a Certificate of Incorporation, and a document outlining the history of the society.

Master Agreements

The file consists of master agreements for the Forest Products Industries Coast Region British Columbia. The master agreements cover the following years: 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1979-1980, 1981-192, 1983-1986, 1986-1988, 1988-1991, 1994-1997, and 1997-2000.

Mills Retail Market Survey

The file consists of two retail market survey booklets for mills. The booklets were created by the B.C. Lumber Survey Ltd. and contain lists of prices for various mill products.

The file consists of a 28 minute VHS recording entitled "Crown Forest An Intro to Fraser Mills. The file also contains a DVD entitled "Maillardville" which contains a condensed recording of the historic 100th anniversary Mass and reception held September 27th, 2009. The DVD also contains a slideshow of historic photographs of Maillardville.
