Burquitlam Community AssociationAgnes (Olund) MacKinnon was born on August 15, 1915 and was a student nurse at the School of Psychiatric Nursing during 1932–1937. She later left the program to pursue a career as a dietician. The Riverview Hospital Committee helped MacKinnon publish her book, "I Carried a Key" based on her experiences in the School of Psychiatric Nursing. She died on October 26, 2006. The file contains correspondence and a copy of MacKinnon's book.

The remainder of the collection consists of materials collected by Boire from Caisse Populaire Maillardville Credit Union, as well as accumulated material pertaining to Boire’s involvement in several community initiatives, such as the Maillardville Residents' Association, Maillardville revitalization and planning, and Place Maillardville.
