The series consists of a document prepared for the Association's 20th anniversary about the history and accomplishments of the Association since its foundation in 1981.

The series consists of materials relating to growth, development, and rezoning in the community. Issues include the Glen Drive road referendum, the bid for the 1986 Summer Games, the Famous Player Theatre, Property rezoning at Landsdowne and Guildford, Taxi Service, Park between Landsdowne and Runnel, Swimming pools, ALRT, a Pub on Falcon at Runnel, the Petition against transfer to Coronation School from Eagle Ridge Elementary. The series also includes brochures and pamphlets for developments in the Tri-Cities including Westwood Plateau. Finally, the series includes the guide provided to ratepayer groups for the Consider Coquitlam program from 1994.

The files include parent info, correspondence, meeting notes, Board of Trustees agenda packages, presentations, pamphlets, information regarding French immersion, and documents from the school board about school reorganization.
