The series consists of Board of Directors annual reports prepared for the annual general meetings of the Coquitlam Skating Club from 1999 to 2006 (N.B. 2002 is missing). The series also includes interim committee reports for 1998.

The series consists of a scrapbook prepared by a member of the Coquitlam Figure Skating Club to organize photographs of members that were left unclaimed. The scrapbook was initially put together during the 1968-69 season but covers the years 1963 to 1980.

The fonds consists of Board of Directors annual reports from 1998 to 2006 (note that 2002 is missing) as well as one scrapbook containing photographs, programs, and news clippings related to club members taken and collected between 1963 and 1980.
