Administrative and operational records

The series consists of records pertaining to Hoy-Scott Watershed Society's (HSWS) incorporation, administration, and operation. It includes HSWS's certificate of incorporation, constitution and bylaws, as well as records documenting the organizational structure, procedures, and history of HSWS.

A large portion of the series consists of meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence accumulated between 1995 and 2020. The series also contains yearly financial statements, funding applications, certificates, licenses, and correspondence relating to water rights and construction of the hatchery buildings.

Programs and events

The series documents the various salmonid enhancement and environmental stewardship programs and events the Hoy-Scott Watershed Society (HSWS) organizes and maintains.
