The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity.

The series relates to Boire's involvement with several community organizations and initiatives in Maillardville. Annual exhibitions featured in the series include Works in 3D, Faces of the World Arts and Culture Festival, Vernissage, and Innovations. The series also includes the media coverage of events and exhibitions.

The file consists of a series of videos documenting the "Transferring the Stone" ceremony that commemorated the transfer of stone from the AOH Celtic Cross at Grosse Ile, Quebec to Coquitlam, B.C. The ceremony was held at Place des Arts on October 5, 2009. Grosse Ile served as a quarantine station during the Irish migrations in the late 1840s and the stone represents the struggles faced by Irish immigrants in the 19th and 20th centuries. It was placed at the altar of Our Lady of Fatima Parish Church.
