The series consists of records relating to reunions attended and/or organized by Tim Kernighan including a reunion of students who attended Como Lake Middle School, a reunion of students who attended Lord Baden-Powell Elementary School, a Boys Scouts reunion, and a reunion of residents of Hailey Street.

The accession consists of textual records, photographs, and slides that were created and maintained by the group.

The files include photographs taken by the assessors, a copy of the typed assessment of each property, and related documents added by Planning and Development staff over the years. A re-direction dictated from the RCMP in Ottawa changed Crime Watch to Community Policing Committees. Records include Annual Reports, committee meeting minutes, Chairman's reports, notes, and photographs. Records also pertain to the establishment, inauguration, and management of the Tri-City Community Crime Prevention Services Centre, and the activities of police officer Eric Chan, who founded the program.

The fonds consists of records relating to Russell Hellard's volunteering initiatives in Coquitlam, including his participation in the Crime Prevention Committee, the Community Policing Committee, the Mundy Park Sub Committee, the Crime Prevention Society, the BC Summer Games, the Centennial Committee, Block Watch, Vandal Watch, Court Watch, among others. The fonds also includes personal and family records, including a collection of photographs from his service in Canada and Australia during the Second World War.

ArtsConnect organized many exhibitions covering a wide range of media: painting, sculpture, photography, performing arts, decorative arts, and video art. Annual exhibitions featured in the series include Works in 3D, Faces of the World Arts and Culture Festival, Vernissage, and Innovations. The series also includes the media coverage of events and exhibitions.

The series contains records related to events held and specific programs supported by the Burquitlam Lions Club from 1969 to 2018. The Burquitlam Lions Club organized annual Christmas hampers, Easter Egg hunts, and meat draws. They also supported hearing aid and eyeglass initiatives, Easter Seals camps, and notably funded two care centres: the Burquitlam Lions Intermediate Care Centre (1981-2016) and L.J. Christmas Manor Seniors Home.
