The series consists of reports, plans, publications, books and other reference material from the library of the Community Planning division of the Planning and Development Department. The Community Planning Library was collected and arranged by the division.

The item consists of a souvenir program produced by the Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association for the Coquitlam Centennial '71 Pup Hockey Tournament that was held from April 8-12, 1971 at the Coquitlam Sports Centre at 633 Poirier Street.
The fonds consists of two colour positive slides depicting the former townsite at Fraser Mills in 1976. The photographs were taken on the south side of the railway tracks by George Bergson. The fonds also includes a number of photographic slides showing various interior and exterior shots of Fraser Mills buildings taken in 1986 as well as a photograph showing the mill taken in 1996 from New Westminster looking down the Fraser River.

The series consists of records relating to reunions attended and/or organized by Tim Kernighan including a reunion of students who attended Como Lake Middle School, a reunion of students who attended Lord Baden-Powell Elementary School, a Boys Scouts reunion, and a reunion of residents of Hailey Street.
The collection consists of portraits taken of the May Queens and attendants from 1940 to 1962, as well as the Roll Book which provides the name of each girl in the photographs, including the list of names for the 1971 May Day celebrations for the British Columbia centennial.
The collection consists of records accumulated by Shyla Seller during her time as a student at Parkland Elementary School, Como Lake Junior Secondary School, and Centennial High School. Records also relate to Shyla’s participation the Olympics of the Mind, a competitive academic event in which participants engage in challenges that test their creative problem solving skills. The collection also includes material related to and created by other members of the Seller family, as well as material related the Hol’n’ One Donut House chain, which was owned by Shyla’s grandparents Bill and Nina Seller.
The collection consists of records gathered by Walter Bruce MacDonald as research materials and content for a biography of Roderick Charles (R.C.) MacDonald. Records include collected photographs of R.C. MacDonald and his family as well as newspaper clippings, photographs, pamphlets, programs, scrapbooks, reports, speeches, certificates, drawings, correspondence, and copies of the book and digital manuscripts for Walter Bruce MacDonald's biography of R.C. MacDonald entitled, "Catch-as-catch-can."

The collection consists of three panoramic photographs. One photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Fatima (Notre Dame de Fatima) gathered around the travelling statue of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) in 1950. The second photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Fatima posed in front of the Church after its construction in 1959. This photograph is assumed to have been taken either in the year of construction or sometime in the early 1960s. The third photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Lourdes (Notre Dame de Lourdes) gathered in front of the church with the statue of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) on December 17th, 1950.
