The fonds consists of the operational records of the Eagle Ridge Residents' Association from its foundation in 1981 until 2003.

The accession consists of a single newspaper article, "Ready, set, go on the Coquitlam Crunch", published by the Tri-City News upon the founding of the Coquitlam Crunch trail.

The collection consists of photographs taken in the 1990s of the Tri Branch Co-Operative at 2860 Packard Avenue. The photographs depict the exterior of the building, residents in the common areas, and holiday celebrations.
